Why I'm still getting disconnect?CAUSE:
- If you use Free Trial VPN service then it is caused by Free Trial limitations. See How the Free Trial works? Why are there some restrictions?
- You are connecting from multiple devices with one username at the same time. Please mind that simultaneous connections are not allowed. See How can I connect another devices?
- It can be caused by bug in your router / modem / wireless device or ISP network or ISP restrictions.
- If you have paid service (not trial) and connecting just one device then try to reboot your router / modem / wireless device and be sure that the latest firmware is installed. Then reboot your computer and try to connect again.
